1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We Ship Worldwide (Except South Korea)

  • All orders ship from Shanghai, China
  • Free shipping to all countries except South Korea

2. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation
  • Pre-shipment inspection and photo confirmation may add 1-2 business days

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Asia Pacific: 3-7 business days
  • North America: 7-15 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Middle East: 7-14 business days
  • Other regions: 10-25 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

Carrier Selection:

  • Customers may specify preferred couriers (e.g., SF Express, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Deppon, ZTO)
  • If no preference is specified, we select the most suitable carrier based on:
    • Product size and weight
    • Destination country
    • Fastest and most reliable service

Specialized Freight:

  • Large or heavy performance parts are shipped via specialized freight services
  • Additional handling time may be required for oversized items

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via email
  • You can track your shipment through the carrier's website

5. PRE-SHIPMENT VERIFICATION

To ensure complete satisfaction and transparency:

Standard Process:

  • Detailed photos of the product are sent for your confirmation before packaging
  • You can request specific angle photos or detailed videos
  • Real-time video inspection available upon request

Packaging Confirmation:

  • Professional protective materials used for all performance parts
  • Fragile items receive additional reinforcement
  • Final packaging photos provided for your approval

Your Confirmation:

  • By approving pre-shipment photos/videos, you confirm the product condition
  • This protects both parties and ensures accuracy

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Customs policies vary by country - please check with your local customs office

Customs Delays:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Typical customs processing: 1-5 business days (varies by country)

7. DELIVERY & INSPECTION

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery
  • Check for external damage to the packaging
  • If damage is visible, refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier before signing

After Delivery:

  • If you discover issues after signing, contact us within 24 hours at support@tenbong.com
  • Provide photos/videos of the damage and packaging
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

8. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us immediately
  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided after carrier investigation

Damaged in Transit:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos
  • We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you
  • Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if required

9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or Unclaimed Packages:

  • If a package is refused or unclaimed, it will be returned to us
  • Return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address correction fees charged by carriers will be passed to the customer

10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We Do Not Ship To:

  • South Korea
  • P.O. Boxes (for large/heavy items)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (case-by-case basis)

Restricted Items:

  • Some automotive fluids or hazardous materials may have shipping restrictions
  • We will notify you if your order contains restricted items
