Pre-Owned Automotive Parts

All automotive performance parts sold by Ten Bong are pre-owned (previously used) products unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. Each product listing includes:

  • Disclosure of any wear, scratches, or imperfections
  • Pre-shipment photos and videos for customer verification

By purchasing from Ten Bong, you acknowledge and accept that you are purchasing pre-owned automotive parts.

Authenticity Guarantee - 10x Compensation

We guarantee that all products sold are 100% authentic and genuine parts. If any product is proven to be counterfeit or fake:

  • We will provide a refund of 10 times the purchase price
  • Claim must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Verifiable proof of counterfeit status must be provided
  • Independent authentication may be required

Pre-Shipment Verification Process

Before shipping any order:

  1. We conduct thorough inspection and photography of the product
  2. Detailed photos and/or videos are sent to you for approval
  3. You may request specific angles, close-ups, or real-time video inspection
  4. Shipping proceeds only after your confirmation

Important: By confirming pre-shipment photos/videos, you acknowledge the product's condition as shown. Returns based on conditions visible in pre-shipment media may not be accepted.

However, we cannot guarantee that:

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing

  • The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price

Payment

  • Payment must be received before order processing
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed
  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or authorized payment providers

Tax Invoices (Mainland China Customers Only)

Customers in Mainland China may request official tax invoices (Fapiao/发票):

  • VAT General Invoice (增值税普通发票): 1% tax rate added to order total
  • VAT Special Invoice (增值税专用发票): 13% tax rate added to order total
  • Invoice requests must be made before or immediately after order placement
  • Provide company name and tax ID (统一社会信用代码)
  • Invoices issued within 3-5 business days after order completion
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of order completion

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before pre-shipment confirmation
  • Once you approve pre-shipment photos/videos, cancellation may not be possible
  • Cancellation fees may apply if the product has been prepared for shipping

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship worldwide except to South Korea
  • Free shipping on all orders
  • Orders ship from Shanghai, China within 24 hours of payment confirmation

Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination (see Shipping Policy)
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or carrier delays beyond our control
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

Customs and Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees
